The oven seems to perform well. I had issues preparing the opening as the available drawings on Best Buy did not show exactly what was needed in the space. It would have been a lot easier if the stabilizing screws screwed in left to right and right to left instead of front to back. That was a dumb design error which required a lot more carpentry to make it viable

My new oven is great. It is so quiet I barely know it is on, which is a pleasant change from my old oven. Also there are 6 rack spots. It bakes well, has easy controls, several different baking methods, and I am very happy with it.

Don't Use Self Cleaning

We ran the self cleaning cycle for the 2nd time and it blew the thermostat in our 8 month old wall oven. Called for the warranty, assigned me a service company, took 6 days to get them out. 2 minutes in the house and I was told the problem. Now they have to order part and it's going to take 5-10 days for the part to arrive at their office, THEN when received they will schedule a tech to replace it. AND WE HAVE TO REMOVE THE OVEN OURSELVES as service will not take liability for any damage to cabinets. There are TWO (2) screws holding it in place. This oven was $1600.

I™€™ve only had this oven for a few weeks, but I™€™m impressed with its performance and style. The controls are very easy to use. It does a great job at baking. I haven™€™t tried out its many features, like air sous vide, steam roast or bake, but I™€™m happy to know these features exist and I look forward to using them someday. I have a stand alone air fryer, and don™€™t plan on using this built-in capability. I like that the oven has a storage drawer for my baking pans. All in all, I™€™m very pleased!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

We purchased a new wall oven in November, 2024. It does not maintain heat. We began reporting the issue to the warranty department in April and have had multiple repair companies replace ALL of the parts. We have had to call over and over again and still do not have a working oven. Every time we call we are told our issue will be ™€œescalated™€ to the ™€œback office™€ and we will receive a call back. We never do. We have to call them. We had another service company come in June and say they are recommending a replacement. Still no response!! We will never purchase Frigidaire or Electrolux products again!!!

Oven operates smoothly, good design and look in the kitchen, nice to read screen with some quick button features. I find it easier to keep clean than my old oven, and the view through the window and lighting are excellent. With limited choice for 24" models, this appears to be the best at this price range. It's design is more modern and neutral than some other 24" ovens. Offset rack is useful for setting up different configurations in the oven. I purchased extra racks for roasting 3-4 trays of vegetables.The tines on each rack seem a bit lightweight, though no problems so far. A few concessions to modern electronics: The electronic chime is too weak and can not always be heard among other kitchen or guest sounds, even at maximum volume. The old-fashioned buzzers did a better job being heard throughout the house. I miss the dials on my old oven that made setting temps more intuitive, however, the touchscreen works fine, is bright and easy to read, with simple menus. The multitude of oven cooking options is great, and the oven uses noticeably less energy than the one it replaced. My cooking efforts have been successful and temps are held steadily once warmed up. Convection works great. Overall, I'm very happy with the oven's functionality, performance and appearance.

Easy to learn to operate, has a written instruction book. Great oven for home baker. Love the Bread Proof feature for making yeast bread and rolls that require rising before baking. Works great in winter time. Bread came out beautiful. Have not tried Convection or Air Fry. Love all 3 types of cooking in one to eliminate other small counter air fry/convection appliances. Can't wait to try my pie baking with homemade crusts and homemade cinnamon rolls in it. The Finn Bread came out "A Work of Art" I was told by a friend who received it as a Christmas tradition.

Bakes great, does not radiate heat outside the unit, keeping the kitchen cooler. Does not come with air fryer pan however, found the air fryer pan very inexpensive on Amazon. I love the unit and I am very glad I chose Frigidaire.

Still Waiting...Air Fry Sheet

We haven't really even used this appliance yet, so my review will be limited. I have ordered the custom (per oven model) Air Fry shelf; but it has not yet been received (and it's coming out of North Carolina so they have weather-related delays). Haven't yet used the oven for any baking or cooking. Let's go with the installation and appearance instead. The installation was supposed to seamlessly fit our existing wall space without any modifications. This was untrue. The pre-existing wall opening had to be expanded to accommodate this new oven. Several inches of wood were removed. The wiring was easy and simple. The finished result looks modern and high tech (black finish unit). The timer and clock were easy to set. We are pleased with the product and how it looks in our kitchen. There are several options of product finish, choose the finish that you like best. The darker the style color, the more it will readily show grease marks, hand prints, finger prints, crayon drawings, lol and etc. If you are OCD about your oven constantly looking 'new' on the external surface then keep this suggestion in mind (otherwise you'll be wiping it down constantly). Also NOTE: although this unit is Air Fry compatible, it does not (by default) include the necessary Air Fry sheet, that must be purchased separately for about $65- directly from Manufacturer gets you a slight discount and guaranteed fit, versus Amazon or similar = a roll of the dice. Your call.

Oven won't hold a temperature

Oven temperature fluctuates 50-100 degrees from setting. Everything is either undercooked, or burnt. 2 different repairmen have been here 4 times. They replaced only two parts, and said that is all they could do. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! The store where it was purchased from said they would not replace it. I'm stuck with a $2000 piece of crap.
